WELCOME

The lines between retailers and consumers are continuously being blurred. From the consumer’s vantage point – they want the retail experience to be consistent (or better) and seamless regardless of where they are in the purchase process or how they intend on purchasing.

The retailer, however, is in the background trying to second guess how to engage the consumer at all points of the purchase process – wherever, however and whenever the consumer needs and on any, and all, platforms they are engaging in. As a result, they are taking stock of what systems they have in place, what systems do they need and also figuring out how long they can go with the current system in place and, most importantly, what are limitations they need to anticipate?
